The Naked Candle Company Refund Policy

At The Naked Candle Company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality candles that delight our customers. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy specifically designed for our candle business.

    a. The candle is damaged upon arrival or exhibits an unsatisfactory appearance. b. The candle performs poorly during burning, excluding issues resulting from misuse or external factors.

  2. Time Limit: Customers must notify us of any problems and request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.

  3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange: Please contact our customer service team at The Naked Candle Company or Contact@nakedcandle.ca and supply:

    a. A comprehensive description of the issue. b. Applicable photographs, if possible. c. A proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

  4. Assessment of Request: Our team will review your refund or exchange request and make a decision. We maintain the right to deny a refund or exchange if we deem the request unreasonable.

  5. Processing Refunds and Exchanges: If we approve your refund request, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For approved exchanges, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and shipping the replacement.

  6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items for a refund or exchange. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  7. Evaluating Product Performance: We understand that customers may need to use the product to assess its quality. If you find the candle's performance unsatisfactory, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue in your refund or exchange request.
