At The Naked Candle Company, we are dedicated to providing high-quality candles that delight our customers. In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy specifically designed for our candle business.

a. The candle is damaged upon arrival or exhibits an unsatisfactory appearance. b. The candle performs poorly during burning, excluding issues resulting from misuse or external factors.

Time Limit: Customers must notify us of any problems and request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving their order.
