Shipping policy
Our shipping prices are intended to reflect real-time shipping costs as accurately as we can, so you can be confident that you are only paying what is necessary to get your items to you. We cover 50% of shipping costs on orders above $45, and 100% of the shipping costs on orders above $80. Please note that we only offer standard shipping at the moment and do not provide expedited shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days before being shipped out. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we aim to have all orders delivered within 3-5 business days. International shipping orders are typically delivered within 4-8 business days.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Additionally, please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or carrier delays.
We currently only ship to Canada and the Unites States.
All returns and exchanges are subject to approval by our team. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria, and we reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.
